List of Charges When Tenant Vacates

  • The charges listed below will be deducted from the security deposit in the event the premises are left in poor condition and owner needs to make these repairs:

    Replace door hardware $25 plus hardware
    Clean tub/shower $50
    Clean commode $50
    Replace toilet seat $25 plus seat cost
    Clean vanity $25
    Clean medicine cabinet $50
    Remove debris $25 per bag
    Broken or ruined furniture $50 plus furn. cost

  • The above is not all inclusive. Any and all repairs and damages will be charged on a labor and material basis.
