The 77th & 78th St. apartments are located in New York City’s safe and friendly Upper East Side neighborhood. Bordered by John Jay Park and the East River promenade, the apartments provide easy access to several athletic courts, miles of biking and running paths, and an Olympic sized swimming pool (open during the summer months). In addition, the apartments are located close to some of the world’s best dining and shopping experiences and near the 6 and Q subway lines. The uptown, downtown and crosstown buses are a block away.
The landmarked building, maintained by an incredible team of six superintendents and porters, has a laundry room and a bicycle room for your convenience. The building also has a security guard during the evening hours. Rentals in this walkup building are multi-month or long term.
