Nicely furnished apartments with full modern kitchens and baths. All have microwaves, dishwashers (not included in studio), pots, pans, dishes, silverware, iron, and ironing board. Electric, gas, heat, air conditioning and hot water are included in the price. Cable TV, internet, and telephone are the responsibility of the tenant. Sheets, towels, pillows, and blankets are not supplied. No pets or smoking allowed.

There are six superintendents and porters who keep the building looking great. A security guard is on duty every night. Laundry room in the building.
